Previous Experience and Background
Before joining TBR in 2008, Erin was a consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where she engaged in process improvement projects for clients across an array of industries, including consumer business/manufacturing, energy and aerospace. In addition to consultant duties, Erin planned and managed projects for system integrations/upgrades and helped develop the intern practice in recruitment, educational sessions and volunteer activities.
Prior to Deloitte Consulting, Erin was a process engineer intern for Lockheed Martin. At Lockheed Martin Erin monitored and facilitated peer reviews of software code and technical inspections, developed and established work instructions to support CMMI certification, and maintained metrics and performance analysis of defects using quantitative techniques, such as Statistical Process Control. In addition, Erin was a process improvement engineer intern for McCormick & Company. She performed downtime analysis on assembly line machinery to pinpoint primary problem areas, created and presented recommendations for improving assembly line that resulted in a 50-percent reduction in downtime, and researched and developed standard operating procedures for machinery.
Erin received an M.S. degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Integrated Technology Management from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, where she also received a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and a minor in German.
