Role and Responsibilities
As an analyst in TBR’s Computing Practice, Jack Narcotta is responsible for reporting on hardware vendors such as Apple, Dell, HP, IBM, Intel and Lenovo. He focuses primarily on recognizing trends and opportunities and understanding business models and competitive landscapes in the enterprise and consumer IT industries. Jack is also involved in the practice’s benchmarking activities, contributing to the production of a quarterly industry benchmark report.

Experience and Background
Prior to joining TBR, Jack was the proposal manager for the North American division of telecommunications equipment manufacturer Enablence Systems. Using his knowledge of comprehensive IT and Ethernet network engineering, Jack was responsible for analyzing and ensuring compliance of long-term, multiphase equipment contracts and supporting account development and business partnership efforts in the United States and Canada.

Jack received a B.A. in English/Journalism from the University of New Hampshire.
