As an analyst within TBR’s Professional Services Practice, Joe Walent covers professional services providers Xerox Services (ACS), CSC, Cognizant Technology Solutions, General Dynamics (Information Systems & Technology), Lockheed Martin (Information Systems & Global Services), ManTech and SAIC. He is also involved in the group’s benchmarking activities, including the production of a quarterly benchmark report on the industry, and serves as a lead in the production of a benchmark report that tracks the performance of the public sector IT services companies. Joe has also been involved in primary research, survey development and data compilation examining trends in both the commercial and public sector IT services markets.

Previous Experience and Background
Prior to joining TBR in 2006, Joe was an account manager for one of the world’s leading software and IT services companies, SunGard Financial Systems. In this role, he developed a strong knowledge of the IT services business as well as insight into the developing demand for web-based applications and on-demand services.

Joe holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.A. in History from Colgate University.
