Role and Responsibilities
Kate Price leads TBR’s Networking & Mobility Practice. She oversees syndicated research and custom projects and specializes in telecom, cable and Internet industry coverage. In her engagement management responsibilities, Kate manages client relationships and project process.
Kate has been with TBR since 2005, contributing to syndicated coverage of AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile USA, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cablevision and Google. She contributes to TBR’s quarterly U.S. & Canada Mobile Operator Benchmark, which compares the operational and financial performance of 11 companies in the U.S. and Canada. Kate has expertise in identifying emerging industry trends, such as the growth in wireless data revenue, connected devices and machine-to-machine (M2M), and has insight on the convergence of content on wireless devices, TVs and PCs. Kate receives frequent attribution in technology industry and business publications including Computerworld, RCR Wireless, FierceWireless, Light Reading and Unstrung.
Experience and Background
Prior to joining TBR, Kate held marketing positions in the healthcare and advertising fields. In the healthcare field, she contributed to marketing campaign development, event organization and division performance reporting for Southern New Hampshire Regional Medical Center. She also performed research to support advertising campaigns for Harbour Light Strategic Marketing.
Kate received an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business & Economics, where she also received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
