Lindy Hanson is director of the Professional Services Practice and responsible for TBR’s coverage of the IT services industry. Her key areas of focus include strategic assessments, revenue, cost and profitability modeling, vendor and service line deep dives, assessment of service and solutions pricing strategies, as well as overall trend and market analysis on the IT consulting and outsourcing industries. Lindy also oversees Professional Services Practice’s dedicated coverage and benchmarking of key vendors in the public sector and healthcare IT services segments. Lindy is focused on developing relationships with executives of industry-leading technology companies, consulting firms, Wall Street and the end-user community. Her analytical commentary has been quoted by sources such as Business Week, Forbes, Information Week and The Dallas Morning News.

Previous Experience and Background
Since joining TBR in 1996, Lindy has held the positions of analyst and then director of TBR’s Computing Practice. Lindy has contributed to consulting and emerging research, whitepapers, client inquiry projects and multiclient studies, and authored numerous syndicated reports with particular focus on computing, storage and professional services vendors.

Lindy received a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and a J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law.
