Role and Responsibilities
Liz Leonard manages client-driven projects and develops research focused on consulting and IT professional services. With more than 15 years of experience in market research, Liz analyzes dynamics of change in business models and economic climates and their impact on service providers’ business outcomes.
Experience and Background
Prior to joining TBR, Liz’s work as an analyst focused on the management consulting industry, serving clients directly as an independent analyst and as an associate director with Kennedy Information. She was also a senior analyst at IDC, developing research on the competitive landscape, market sizing and forecasting for integrated marketing and CRM services. Liz previously served as a research analyst at Gomez Advisors, producing research focused on online retailing, marketing and website usability, working closely with media channels and delivering presentations to investor partners.
Liz has authored numerous research reports and participated in speaking engagements that include presentations to clients, prospects and investors, webinars and panels. In her work with the media, Liz has been quoted in Forbes as well as on Bloomberg News, CNBC, NECN and CNET.com.
Liz earned an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and received a B.A. at St. Lawrence University with a major in English Writing, including studies at the University of Westminster, London.
