Eugene Zakharov
Director, Professional Services Business Quarterly

Eugene Zakharov is currently the Director of TBR’s Professional Services Business Quarterly (PSBQ) group, responsible for coverage of the IT services industry. Eugene also focuses on developing TBR/PSBQ relationships with executives of industry-leading technology companies, consulting firms, Wall Street and the end-user community. He covers a wide range of professional services companies, providing research, strategic assessments, evaluations of corporate performance, and revenue, cost and profitability modeling, as well as overall trend and market analysis on the IT consulting and outsourcing industries. Eugene’s primary research and coverage focus includes IBM Global Services and Accenture. He receives frequent attribution in numerous technology industry and business publications, including eWEEK, IndustryWeek, Financial Times and BusinessWeek.

Prior to joining TBR in 2001, Eugene worked for a number of businesses in various consultative, support and accounting functions. Most recently, he was employed as a consultant for the city of Manchester, N.H. Eugene was also employed as an Executive Secretary in Belarus, where he dealt with the development of business and cultural opportunities between foreign governments, businesses and non profit organizations.

Eugene is originally from Belarus and has traveled extensively in Europe and the United States. He speaks several languages, including English, German, Russian and Belarusian. Eugene holds two undergraduate degrees with distinction in Entrepreneurship, Foreign Languages and International Economic Relations from Belarusian schools, as well as an MBA from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
