TBR is looking for qualified individuals to fill a Consultant/ Engagement Manager position in its Custom Research Division. The right candidate will have strengths in IT research, project management and consulting roles. This is a career with long term growth and advancement potential. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience and responsibility in the customer research division. In this position you will be working directly with F1000 IT customers, sensing their needs and managing the TBR resources to bid, fulfill project goals and achieve customer satisfaction while growing a P&L operation for TBR. The role provides the potential for broad exposure to high-level F1000 IT executives as well as the opportunity to work with TBR management, consultants and analysts. Travel will be limited to one or two days per month.

Description: The Consultant/ Engagement Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the scoping, bidding and project implementation of custom research, client driven projects. Normally each project will require detailed research, interview and resulting written reports, summary presentations and either internet/phone teleconferences or sometimes executive presentations at the client site. The candidate will also will strive for both customer satisfaction and TBR profitability. Our client base is F1000 corporations.

• Proficiency in developing effective executive reports and presentations
• Well developed analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Thorough technical knowledge of finance, economics and general business principals
• High proficiency in Microsoft office tools
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• The ability to quickly discern and analyze the critical elements of large sets of information, and the ability to communicate this analysis to clients in verbal, written, and/or spreadsheet format
